Costs

People are often apprehensive to seek a lawyer’s services because they think it will be expensive.

All too often we see the result of people making the mistake of failing to appoint a lawyer or appointing a lawyer too late in the matter.

Engaging a lawyer early in your matter can save you the long term headache and added expense if and when something goes wrong.

Hegedich & De Crescenzo Lawyers encourages all its new clients to get advice, early, by taking advantage of our initial free 30 minute consultation.  This appointment enables us to have a conversation with you about your matter and the costs associated for us to provide you our legal services.

Before we give you a price for our services, we need to know more about your case, therefore contact us to make an obligation free appointment to discuss your case.

It is our legal obligation however to give you an estimate of your legal fees as accurately as possible and we will discuss this with in more detail with you during your first appointment, so by the time you leave you will have a clear indication of the costs and how we will charge you.

Despite the fact that the costs of living continue to increase, we always aim to keep our fees moderate and reasonable for new and existing clients.
